MOVING Srl, as processor of the personal and fiscal data collected, wishes to inform you that data are processed on paper and/or in a computerized register in accordance with contractual requirements and to fulfill the legal and contractual obligations deriving from them as well as to achieve effective management of the business relationship (e.g. to send informative and advertising material, advertising, invitations to exhibitions or other events). The e-mail addresses provided will be used by the company to send advertising material regarding services similar to those of the commercial relationship.
The transfer of all data which is not due to a legal or contractual obligations will be reviewed from time to time by the processor company to determine how to proceed in accordance with the importance of such data in the management of the business relationship.
